In overall good condition, no cracks or restoration. A couple of small nicks on the top rim which are not particularly visible or noticeable, but only fair to mention (see photos).

Vintage original, circa late '60s/early '70s.

Manufactured by Whitefriars for a commission by a firm of architects in the late 1960s/early '70s to be installed in a house in Surrey.

These panels are pretty rare and complete/intact ones don't appear too often. This is a 'must-have' item for the serious Whitefriars collector.

In good condition with no damage, stains or restoration. Some of the glass blocks appear to have cracks, but they are actually swirls in the glass from the manufacturing process. The black line which is visible to the left of the panel is an electrical flex behind the panel, which is attached to the light and not a crack.

This particular panel is presented in a very attractive wooden frame and looks superb with a light behind (see photos).

The glass blocks are held in place with a kind of cement/concrete and hence the weight of the panel is quite significant. We are offering this fabulous panel on a collection-only basis or on a delivery basis by a specialist courier (at the expense of the buyer).

The dimensions of the panel are 1010mm high, 580mm wide (these are the sizes including the frame). The frame itself is 50mm wide.

This sale is for one panel only (as shown), but we have two other panels of a very similar style which aren't currently framed and can be purchased more cheaply by arrangement. They could also be framed if required.

In very good condition with no chips, cracks or stains. A couple of miniscule 'nibbles' to the top rim and some age-related scratching to the base, which don't detract from the appeal of this vase, but only fair to mention.
