Shipping & Delivery policy:
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow us 1 to 2 working days to process your order. Expect an email within 2 working days to let you
know your order is on the way. The email will contain an order tracking number.
STORE PICKUP:
This is not possible, as we operate a primarily online business and don’t have a traditional storefront that you can visit, sorry. It is sometimes possible to collect items from us at an antiques fair and we will discuss that option with you via email if it is available.
UK FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 2 working days using the Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked service and you can normally expect to receive your order within 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. The price for this service will be shown at store checkout and added to your final total before payment. We do not offer an express shipping facility, unless agreed with us via email before making your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
We do offer international (overseas) shipping and orders are generally shipped within 2 working days using the Royal Mail International Tracked service. The price for this service will be shown at store checkout and added to your final total before payment. You can expect to receive your order within 7 to 30 working days, depending on your location. Some overseas locations take much longer to reach than others. We do not offer an international express service.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. DecoJoe.Antiques.Vintage are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
