Hornsea Pottery

Hornsea Pottery was located in the coastal town of Hornsea in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England. The pottery was founded in 1949. One of it’s most prolific designers was John Clappison (1937 to 2013) who worked there and became chief designer in 1958. He left Hornsea in 1972. Hornsea Pottery closed in the year 2000 and many of it’s designs have now become very collectable. We have a good selection of original pieces on offer here, to suit all budgets. We also offer FREE VALUATIONS if you have Hornsea items to sell.
