Clarice Cliff CROCUS pattern, Leda shape plate, 22cm.
Art Deco original, circa 1930.
Very well hand-painted and bright. This is a super plate with the full version of the pattern and strong edge banding.
No chips or cracks, in generally good condition. There has been a very small area of professional restoration to the edge of the plate and some paint refreshing, which has been done very well and is virtually invisible, but only fair to mention.
CROCUS, Bizarre by Clarice Cliff mark to the back of the plate and an impressed date stamp for 1930.
