This is a BITOSSI Rimini Blue circular ashtray (or possibly a spoon rest?).
Vintage original, circa 1960s.
In good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. Very clean and bright.
The ashtray is 12cm diameter and 3cm high; stamped Italy to the base.
