This is a BITOSSI tall lamp base in Rimini blue glaze. Needs re-wiring.
Mid-century, vintage. Circa 1960s.
In good condition with no damage or restoration. It does have an old light fitting in place, but that has not been tested or re-wired, so would need to be checked over by a competent person and a new flex attached. The piece is being sold-as seen.
The lamp base is 26cm high from the base to the top of it’s body. The light fitting sits on top of that. The base has been factory drilled to allow a light flex to exit at the side.
There are some numbers painted around the inside rim of the base. There may be others underneath the green felt.
