Clarice Cliff Autumn (Orange) pattern Leda shape plate, large size.
Art Deco original, circa 1932.
Hand painted with stylised, abstract trees in orange, brown & yellow. A very attractive piece which is so Art Deco and extremely stylish.
In good condition with no chips, cracks or stains. There has been some paint refreshing to the outer brown band, which has been professionally applied and is virtually invisible, but only fair to mention.
Has the Fantasque, Bizarre by Clarice Cliff mark to the back and an impressed date stamp for 1932.
The plate is 24.5cm.
