Clarice Cliff BLUE AUTUMN pattern covered powder/cream cheese dish. Circa 1931. WOW!
This is a fairly rare shape, not often seen.
Very strongly hand-painted with stylish, pendulous trees across the whole of the lid and the banding around the lid and the body is to die for!
The pot is in very good condition as you can see in the photos, but does have some professional restoration to the top of the knop and underneath the lid, which has been very well done and is virtually invisible.
Stamped FANTASQUE Bizarre by Clarice Cliff. Made in England.
The base is 4.5cm high and 12.5 cm across the top.
