This is a lovely Clarice Cliff BEECHWOOD pattern bowl, decorated with leaves and foliage in green, brown and yellow on a cream ground.
Art Deco original, circa late 1930s.
Nicely hand-decorated, right around the bowl with strong colours on the top rim.
No damage or restoration, very clean and bright. Some minor wear to the inside base of the bowl, which doesn’t detract from this lovely piece.
The bowl is 10cm high and 15cm across the top.
Marked in green with the script Clarice Cliff, NEWPORT POTTERY back-stamp to the base.
