Clarice Cliff BLUE FIRS pattern conical cup & saucer (from a bon jour coffee set).
Art Deco original, circa 1934.
Superbly decorated in strong colours right around the cup, with the full pattern and stunning banding to the saucer. The cup and saucer are in good condition with no chips, cracks or stains. There is a tiny bit of professional paint refreshing to the blue band on the saucer, which has been expertly applied and wouldn’t need to be re-done.
The cup and saucer both carry the Bizarre by Clarice Cliff back-stamp to their bases.
The cup is approximately 5cm high and the saucer is 13cm diameter.
