Clarice Cliff BROTH (orange) pattern. A large octagonal serving bowl.
Art Deco original, circa 1929.
Hand painted with a band of stylised sunbursts and circles in blue, orange and green with matched banding.
In overall good condition, but does have some oxidation/wear to the internal blue band which can be seen in the pictures. No chips, cracks or restoration. Minor crazing.
Large script Fantasque by Clarice Cliff mark to the base plus an impressed date mark for 1929.
The dish is 22.5cm diameter.
