Clarice Cliff CORAL FIRS pattern bon jour sugar sifter.
Art Deco original, circa 1934.
In good condition, with no damage or restoration. A couple of miniscule fleabites near a couple of the sugar holes (see pictures) which don’t in any way detract from this piece, but only fair to mention.
Very well decorated with thick, large red trees up the front of the sifter. The rest of the pattern wraps right around the body and on to the top.
Stamped Bizarre by Clarice Cliff, Newport Pottery, England to the base (partial stamp).
The sifter is 12cm high, 6cm wide, 4cm deep.
