Clarice Cliff CROCUS pattern Athens jug, 15cm.
Art Deco original. Circa 1932.
This is a lovely jug, hand painted with thick paint in Clarice’s signature pattern. Very bright.
In overall good condition. No chips, cracks or stains. There is some wear/paint loss to the centre of the pattern which is visible, but doesn’t detract from the appeal of this jug (see pictures). Still displays very well; priced accordingly.
Carries the CROCUS, Bizarre by Clarice Cliff back-stamp to the base.
