Clarice Cliff CROCUS pattern Bonjour shape preserve pot,
Art Deco original, circa 1932.
This is a lovely preserve pot with it’s correct, original lid. Nicely hand-painted and bright.
In good condition with no serious damage or restoration. It does have a small frit on the rim under the lid and a couple of small sliver-chips to the feet of the jampot (see pictures). None of these are visible when it is displayed, but only fair to mention them and they are reflected in the price.
Stamped Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the base.
The preserve pot is approximately 10cm high from the base to the top of the lid.
