Clarice Cliff CROCUS pattern conical coffee cup & saucer.
Art Deco original, circa 1932.
This is a lovely geometric-handled cup and saucer, hand painted with Clarice’s signature Crocus pattern. Very bright and attractive.
No chips, cracks or restoration. There are a couple of minor paint frits on the cup rim, which are quite normal on pottery of this age and don’t in any way detract from it’s appeal, but only fair to mention.
Stamped Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the base of the saucer.
The cup is 5.5cm high. The saucer is 10.5cm across.
