Clarice Cliff CROCUS pattern conical sugar sifter.
Art Deco original -Circa 1932. Very nicely hand painted and bright with large Crocus flowers on both sides of the cone.
No serious damage, restoration or cracks, in good overall condition, but does have one or two minor ‘fleabites’ of missing paint (see photos), which don’t really affect it’s appeal, but only fair to mention.
Approximately 14cm high and 7.5cm across the base.
Back-stamped CROCUS Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the base, and also has an old auction sticker from Bonham’s CC sale on 14 December 1999.
