Clarice Cliff CROCUS pattern demitasse coffee can & saucer.
Art Deco original, circa 1931.
Hand painted in colours, depicting Crocus flowers against the brown earth. This is Clarice’s best known and most popular pattern.
With no damage or restoration, very clean and bright. A good example with large flowers.
The cup is 5.5cm high and the saucer is 10.5cm across.
The saucer carries the CROCUS, Bizarre by Clarice Cliff stamp to the base and an impressed date mark (indistinct).
