Clarice Cliff CROCUS pattern Havre shape fruit bowl.
Art Deco original, circa 1929.
Hand painted with Clarice’s signature Crocus pattern. Nice, early example with large flowers.
In reasonable condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. It is a little scruffy in places and has quite a few areas of honey glaze ‘pooling’ (which are not damage and would have been there since it was made). It still displays well and would look nice on any table, especially filled with fruit!
The height of the bowl is 9cm, 20cm diameter.
Stamped Bizarre by Clarice Cliff in the large script back-stamp plus a handwritten Crocus pattern name in green.
