Clarice Cliff shape 54 fruit bowl decorated in the CROCUS pattern.
Art Deco original, circa 1931.
This piece is superbly decorated in this popular pattern, which has a triple image right around the bowl.
In good condition with no chips, cracks or stains. There are a couple of minor paint frits/scuffs and light scratches to the inner well, which don’t detract from it’s appeal, but only fair to mention.
The bowl is 8cm high by 19.5cm diameter.
Back-stamped Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the base plus a handwritten CROCUS pattern name in green paint.
