This is a very stunning Clarice Cliff DELECIA POPPY large size LEDA shape plate.
Art Deco original, circa 1934.
Hand painted with huge poppy flowers and fabulous paint runnings underneath the flowers.
This is a desirable and sought-after pattern on a good shape plate. The plate is in immaculate condition and has no damage or restoration.
Stamped DELECIA, Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the back of the plate. It also has an impressed date mark (indistinct).
The plate is 24.5cm wide.
