This is a Clarice Cliff DOUBLE-V pattern, shape 341 vase.
Art Deco original, circa 1929.
This is a lovely vase in one of Clarice’s earlier geometric patterns. Strongly hand-painted right around the vase and very bright!
In good condition with no chips or cracks, but does have some professional paint refreshing to the orange around the top rim and a little on the foot-rim. Both of which have been expertly applied and are invisible, but only fair to mention.
The vase is stamped Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the base and has the 341 shape number. It also carries an old Christies auction sticker for November 1995.
The vase is 13cm high.
