Clarice Cliff FOREST GLEN pattern conical, solid-handled, cup & saucer,.
Art Deco original, circa 1936.
Hand-painted with what is arguably Clarice’s last great landscape pattern. Cottage with a red roof and red delicia-style sky which runs down and around the cup.
Clarice Cliff script backstamp to both cup & saucer and impressed date mark for 1935.
Both cup and saucer are in very good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration.
Cup is 6cm high, 9cm across the top. Saucer is 14cm wide.
