Clarice Cliff FOREST GLEN pattern Lynton shape tea cup & saucer.
Art Deco original, circa 1936.
Hand-painted with what is arguably Clarice’s last great landscape pattern. Cottage with a red roof and red delicia-style sky which runs down and around the edge of the cup.
Script Clarice Cliff backstamp to both cup & saucer.
Both cup and saucer are in very good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. A little bit of minor wear to the top rim of the cup; only fair to mention.
Cup is 5.5cm high, 6.5cm across the top. Saucer is 13.5cm wide.
