Clarice Cliff Gardenia (Orange) covered meat dish. Very rare shape. I have been a CC collector for over 30 years and I’ve never seen this shape before!
Superbly decorated. Circa 1930.
Art Deco original, which has a good version of the pattern right across the whole of the lid.
No damage, restoration or stains. In very good condition, a lovely item with very striking colours.
Stamped FANTASQUE Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the base.
The lid is 23cm long and 16.5cm wide.
The base plate is 26.5cm long and 19cm wide.
The dish and lid together are approximately 6cm high.
