Clarice Cliff GAYDAY – A tankard shape coffeepot.
Art Deco original, circa 1931.
Hand painted with one of Clarice’s best known and popular patterns, which is expertly applied right around the body of the coffeepot.
The coffeepot is in overall good condition with no serious chips, cracks or restoration. It has it’s correct, original lid. It does have a couple of miniscule ‘fleabite’ nicks to the edge of the pouring spout, which are hardly noticeable, but only fair to mention (see pictures).
Stamped with the GAYDAY, Bizarre by Clarice Cliff mark to the base.
Coffeepot height is 17cm.
