Clarice Cliff pattern GIBRALTAR ashtray.
Circa 1932. Art Deco original.
Very nicely hand-painted and bright in this ever-popular and sought-after design. Full pattern displayed on the central well which includes two yachts with the people in them!
No damage or restoration, in very good condition with just a couple of minor paint frits to the outside blue band.
Stamped FANTASQUE Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the base. Also has an impressed date mark (indistinct).
Width of ashtray is 12cm.
