This is a Clarice Cliff HONOLULU pattern conical cup and (matched) saucer.
Art Deco original, circa 1933. This is not a reproduction.
This is a lovely conical cup with solid triangle handle, decorated with one of Clarice’s most desirable and psychedelic patterns. It has lost it’s original saucer, so I have matched it up with a HONOLULU shoulder pattern saucer, both of which date to 1933.
No damage or restoration. There is a little staining to the bottom of the cup which in no way detracts from the appeal of this item, but only fair to mention.
Both the cup and saucer are stamped Bizarre by Clarice Cliff and the saucer has an impressed date mark for 1933.
The cup is 6cm high.
