Clarice Cliff large size WOODLAND pattern plate, 10 inches (25cm).
Circa 1930. Art Deco original.
This is a very striking and nicely decorated plate which has the full WOODLAND pattern on display. It is the large size, which is great to have as a centerpiece for any Clarice Cliff collection. This is a very Art Deco and somewhat under-rated pattern, in my opinion!
No damage or restoration, very clean and attractive.
Stamped Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the rear of the plate and also has a Wilkinson’s back-stamp and an impressed date mark for 1930.
