Clarice Cliff MELON (orange) pattern candlestick holder. Shape 331.
Art Deco original, circa 1930.
Very nicely hand painted and bright with the full pattern. This is one of Clarice’s most popular designs and is widely collected. This candlestick would make a good addition to any collection.
No serious damage, chips, cracks or restoration. There are a couple of very minor paint frits (see photos).
Approximately 5.5cm high and 8.5cm across the base.
Back-stamped Fantasque by Clarice Cliff in script to the base.
