Clarice Cliff MELON (orange) pattern shape 265 vase,
Art Deco original, circa 1930.
Hand painted with Clarice’s ever-popular and stylish Melon pattern. This vase dates from 1930 and is in very good condition with no damage or restoration. It has a couple of very minor flea-bites of missing paint, but they in no way detract from it’s appeal, but only fair to mention (see pictures).
The vase has the rarer lilac banding which also makes it look really stunning. The vase is 15cm high.
Stamped FANTASQUE by Clarice Cliff to the base plus the 265 shape number.
