Clarice Cliff – MELON (orange) pattern – pepper pot from a muffineer cruet set.
Art Deco original, circa 1930.
Hand painted with this popular pattern, which covers the whole of the pepper pot. The pepper pot would originally have been part of a 3-piece Muffineer cruet set.
In good condition with no chips, cracks or stains. We suspect there ‘may’ have been a little paint refreshing to the top.
Stamped Hand-painted, Newport Pottery, England to the base. The original stopper is missing.
Height is 9cm.
