This is a very stunning Clarice Cliff MELON (orange) shape 362 vase.
Art Deco original, circa 1930.
Hand painted with the ever-popular Melon pattern, which wraps right around the vase and makes a real statement. This is a very Art Deco piece and would look stunning in any home environment.
The vase is in good condition with no chips, cracks or stains. There is a small area of professional restoration on the underside of the foot-rim and a small patch of professional paint repair to the top rim. Both of these areas have been expertly reinstated and are virtually invisible, but only fair to mention. The price reflects these minor professional repairs.
Stamped Fantasque by Clarice Cliff in script to the base, plus the shape number of 362.
The vase is approximately 20cm high.
