Clarice Cliff MOUNTAIN pattern sabot/clog.
Art Deco original, circa 1932.
This is a lovely piece, very well painted and bright with the full Mountain pattern around the front and back of the shoe (including the house and the tree). This is always a desirable pattern with collectors and somewhat of a rarity.
in good condition with no chips, cracks or stains. There is some old restoration inside the back of the clog, which is not particularly visible, but only fair to mention. This old restoration is reflected in the price.
Stamped Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the base.
Dimensions of the sabot are 7cm high by 14cm length.
