This is a Clarice Cliff MY GARDEN covered powder dish with ‘Delecia’ style paint runnings down the inside and underneath.
Art Deco original, circa 1934.
Hand-painted (moulded) flowers around the lid with attractive orange, yellow, green and blue petals. This is a fairly rare shape which doesn’t come up too often.
The dish is in good condition with no damage or restoration. Some minor paint frits around the top rim of the dish.
Backstamped ‘Bizarre by Clarice Cliff’ to the base.
The dish is 10cm high and 15cm diameter.
