Clarice Cliff Newport shape bowl decorated in the (orange) MELON PATTERN. Circa 1930.
This bowl is in pretty good condition, but does have a tight hairline down the side of the bowl and as such is As found (A/F). Please view photos for more information.
This is a popular pattern and this bowl is well decorated.
The bowl displays very well and could easily be restored by a competent restorer.
The rest of the bowl is in reasonably good condition with no serious damage or restoration. There is also a firing fault to the side, which can be seen in the pictures.
The bowl is 8cm high by 22cm across the top.
