This is a ‘must have’ item for teapot collectors, one of Clarice’s sought-after ‘Tee Pee’ teapots, which was designed in the 1930s, but not issued until after WWII, for export to Canada.
It is in good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. Some minor crazing.
The teapot has it’s correct, original lid and is pretty clean inside.
The teapot is 18cm high from the base to the top of the lid.
Stamped GREETINGS FROM CANADA to the base and also Clarice Cliff, Newport Pottery, England. There is also a hand-written letter R on the base.
