Very well decorated and bright with lovely hand-painted flower petals and Delecia-style paint runnings below.
No damage or restoration. Some minor crazing.
Stamped Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the base plus a handwritten PANSIES pattern name. Also has an impressed date mark for 1933.
Plate size is 23cm wide by 19cm high.
