Clarice Cliff RED TREES AND HOUSE 6 Inch small tea plate from a tea/coffee set.
Art Deco original. Circa 1930.
Very good condition with no damage or restoration. This is a nice example of a fairly rare and sought-after variant of the Trees and House pattern. Strong decoration and the ever-so-striking coral red with the black banding makes this one not to be missed!
Back stamped Fantasque by Clarice Cliff (indistinct/worn stamp). This plate came from a small set which were all stamped in the same way, so I know it is correct (see pictures). Also has an impressed date mark for 1930.
The plate is 14.5cm (6 Inches) diameter.
