Clarice Cliff RHODANTHE large size biarritz shape (dished) plate.
Art Deco original, circa 1936.
Very well decorated and bright with lovely hand-painted trees and bushes in shades of orange, yellow and brown. A good, large plate to make a centrepiece for your Rhodanthe collection!
No damage or restoration. Some minor crazing.
Stamped The Biarritz, Royal Staffordshire by Clarice Cliff to the base. Also has an impressed date mark for 1936 (indistinct).
Plate size is 26.5cm wide by 21cm high.
