Clarice Cliff RHODANTHE pattern conical jug.
Art Deco original, circa 1936.
This is a nice little jug featuring one of Clarice’s most popular patterns. In overall good condition with no chips or cracks. It does have an area of old restoration near the foot rim of the jug, which has been done well and wouldn’t need to be re-worked. There is also some paint refreshing to the top rim. None of these repairs diminish the appeal of the jug and it still displays very well.
The jug is 15cm high.
Stamped Clarice Cliff to the base with the script signature back stamp.
