Product Information
Clarice Cliff RUDYARD pattern Bonjour shape small vase.
Art Deco original, circa 1933.
This is a rare and fantastic piece, decorated with the very desirable Rudyard pattern, which has been expertly applied right around the vase and features long-trunked trees on a hill. A stunning item indeed!
Bonjour vases are a rarity in themselves, but this is the rarest of the lot. The same size as a bonjour sugar sifter, but has an open top to make it into a vase. Known from only a handful of examples…not to be missed!
In great condition with no chips or cracks. There has been a tiny bit of paint refreshing to one of the feet and a little bit to the top rim, which has been done professionally and is virtually invisible, but only fair to mention.
Carries the full Bizarre by Clarice Cliff mark to the base and Made in England.
The vase is 12cm high, 6cm wide, 4cm deep.
