Clarice Cliff SECRETS conical sugar sifter. Absolutely superb condition.
Art Deco original, circa 1933.
Spectacularly hand painted and bright, in one of Clarice’s favourite patterns, which wraps right around the sifter.
No serious damage or restoration; a small, very minor (flea-bite) nick to the underside of the foot-rim is the only thing I would point out, but it doesn’t detract in any way from the appeal of this lovely sifter, but only fair to mention. These are getting rarer and much harder to find in good condition!
Approximately 14cm high and 7.5cm across the base.
Back-stamped FANTASQUE Bizarre by Clarice Cliff. The original stopper has disintegrated, so it has been removed.
