Clarice Cliff SECRETS pattern conical coffee cup & saucer.
Art Deco original, circa 1933.
This is a lovely geometric-handled cup and saucer, hand painted with Clarice’s favourite Secrets pattern. Very bright and attractive. The pattern wraps around the cup. Fabulous green and yellow banding.
No chips, cracks or restoration. There is a very minor paint frit to the saucer, which is quite normal on pottery of this age and doesn’t in any way detract from it’s appeal, but only fair to mention.
Stamped Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the base of the cup and the saucer.
The cup is 5.5cm high. The saucer is 10.5cm across.
