Product Information
Clarice Cliff Solomon’s Seal Stamford Teapot. Early straight spout.
This is a nicely decorated teapot, circa 1929/1930.
Printed and hand-painted pattern. Very striking, Art deco feel with it’s bold purple and blue bands on the teapot spout, the handle and the lid.
The teapot is in pretty good condition, but does have a little bit of age-related crazing. There are no chips or restoration.
This is quite a rare find; you don’t see many of these teapots in this pattern and if you are a Stamford teapot collector, this is one not to be missed. Back stamped Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the base.
