This is a Clarice Cliff stork/heron flower holder, circa early 1930s.
Stamped Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the base.
Unfortunately this item is damaged and has a cracked (possibly re-glued?) neck and a couple of small chips underneath. There is also a little paint loss (see photos).
This item is sold-as-seen, A/F (As Found/At Fault) and is a good restoration project for someone who wants to put a little time into it.
The piece is 18cm high.
