Clarice Cliff SUNGAY pattern covered cream cheese/preserve pot.
Art Deco original, circa 1932.
In overall good condition with no cracks, stains or restoration. There are a couple of little ‘nibbles’ around the top of the lid which can be seen in the pictures and also a couple on the underside of the foot-rim. Hardly noticeable, but only fair to mention.
Stamped SUNGAY, Bizarre by Cliff to the base.
Height of pot from base to top of the lid is 6cm. Diameter is 10cm. There are some felt display feet attached to the base.
