This is a lovely Clarice Cliff SUNGLEAM CROCUS pattern, Trieste shape milk & sugar set (2-piece).
Art Deco original, circa 1933.
The Sungleam version of Crocus is probably one of the rarer variants of the pattern, and these two pieces would originally have come from a tea set. The Trieste shape is equally scarce and not often seen. Both pieces are nicely decorated and bright.
Both pieces are in good condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. Minor paint frits.
Sugar bowl and milk jug are approximately 7cm high.
Stamped CROCUS, Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the base of both pieces.
