This is an original Clarice Cliff TENNIS pattern small tea plate from a tea-for-two tea set.
Art Deco original, circa 1930.
Very well hand painted and bright with this stunning, rare abstract pattern which is only known from a small number of examples and is always highly sought by collectors.
In good condition with no damage, chips or restoration.
Stamped Bizarre by Clarice Cliff to the base of the plate plus an impressed date stamp (indistinct).
The diameter of the plate is 6 inches/15cm.
