Clarice Cliff VISCARIA pattern small Trieste shape sugar bowl (from a tea-for-two set).
Art Deco original, circa 1936.
This is a nice sugar bowl, hand-painted with the ever-popular VISCARIA pattern. Would originally have been issued with a Trieste shape tea for two set, or similar.
No damage, chips, stains or restoration, in good condition. A couple of very minor paint frits.
The sugar bowl carries a Made in England and a script Clarice Cliff back-stamp to it’s base.
The sugar bowl is 6.5cm high from the base to the top rim.
