Clarice Cliff WINDBELLS shape 186 vase, small size.
Art Deco original, circa 1933.
This is a very impressive vase and a good example of this sought-after pattern. The vase is clean and bright. Well decorated right around the piece with a pendulous tree and landscape, which take up the whole of the vase from top to bottom!
In good condition with no chips or cracks. An area of professional restoration to the top rim, which has been done well and wouldn’t need to be re-done. Virtually invisible, but only fair to mention.
The vase stands at 14cm high and carries the FANTASQUE Bizarre by Clarice Cliff stamp to the base.
